Ultrasonic Cleaner Service & Maintenance
Your Ultrasonic Cleaner should be serviced and have an efficiency test carried out periodically (annually) to ensure that it is cleaning to acceptable parameters.
An efficiency test is carried out using a cavitation meter which measures ultrasonic performance through the cleaning chamber and can pinpoint areas of inefficiency. An electrical tag & test service should also be undertaken in accordance with AS/NZS 3760:2003 including earth leakiage testing.
An aluminum foil test is an easy and accurate way of measuring the overall performace level (see our Performance Testing page) and can be done inhouse.
